Australia returns
We offer local returns for all our AU customers! Return postage is $12.00 AUD per returned order. Click on the link below to submit your return.

Uk returns
We offer local returns for all our UK customers! Return postage is £6.50 GBP per returned order. Click on the link below to submit your return.
Eu returns (selected countries)
We offer local returns for customers from Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, and Sweden! Return postage is €10.00 per returned order. Click on the link below to submit your return.
Nz returns
We offer local returns for all our NZ customers! Return postage is $9.00 NZD per returned order. Click on the link below to submit your return.

Please contact our customer service team at love@sundaemuse.com to organise a return.
If you're not quite happy with your purchase, you can return it for Sundae Muse store credit. Please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizing. We'll issue a store credit or a refund (If deemed faulty) within 5 business days of receiving the return. Store credit doesn't include your original postage costs (unless the item was incorrect or faulty) and expires after 12 months.
Only items that have a manufacturing fault are eligible for a refund. All faulty returns will be assessed individually, and Sundae Muse reserves the right to determine genuine faults in the product. All faulty items must be returned unworn with tags attached.
WE'LL ACCEPT YOUR RETURN IF YOUR ITEM IS:
1. Sent back within 14 days of receiving your parcel.
2. Is in new condition, unworn with all original swing tags attached, does not have make-up or fake tan marks, smell of perfume, deodorant or washing powder.
ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN:
1. Items marked 'Final Sale' in the product description
2. Earrings / jewellery / swimwear
AfterPay returns
Returns using Afterpay remain subject to our regular returns policy. Should you wish to return your items, and your items are deemed faulty by our team, you are eligible for a refund via Afterpay and we can cancel the payment plan. Items that are returned for change of mind or sizing are eligible for a store credit only which will be emailed to you.
Faults
All items shipped from Sundae Muse HQ are carefully checked for any faults before dispatch. If you are to find a major fault in a product we have shipped to you, please let us know within 48 hours of receiving you order. Email us at love@sundaemuse.com with description and digital images of the fault. We will gladly replace your item where available. If we cannot replace the style, we will offer a credit note or refund. Sundae Muse does not accept returns for damage caused by general wear and tear. All faulty returns will be accessed on an individual basis and Sundae Muse reserves the right to determine genuine faults in the product. All faulty items must be returned unworn with tags attached.
If you've received an incorrect item
If you have received an incorrect item or size, we will amend this at no further cost to you. Please email us within 48 hours at love@sundaemuse.com. Sundae Muse will cover all return postage costs of the incorrect item. Upon receiving the item back we will send out a replacement via express post. If the desired style is out of stock you will be issued a full refund. All incorrect items must be returned unworn with tags attached.
Product Imagery and Colours
At Sundae Muse we try our best to depict items as accurately as possible in the photos and descriptions. However, we cannot guarantee that colours will be completely accurate due to colour variations on individual computer screens. We also use flash photography and recommend referring to the fabric swatch for colour and fabric accuracy.
RETURNS PROCESS
We will provide you with a store credit (via email) or refund (If applicable) within 5 business days of receiving the original item/s. We process returns and issue refunds and store credit on Friday afternoons.

Orders placed before 12pm AEST will be shipped the same day.

Delivery timeframes are not guaranteed by the freight providers or Sundae Muse. Sundae Muse is not responsible for any delays in receiving your parcel. International Customs Charges
International customers may be required to pay customs charges, taxes or duties. These charges are the customer's responsibility. Customs charges, taxes and duties can differ depending on your country. If you are unsure, please contact your local customs office to check what further charges are applicable. Sundae Muse is not responsible for any customs charges, taxes or duties you may incur during the shipment of your order. If you decide not to pay import taxes or duties and choose to reject the parcel, you will not be refunded for your order. UK VAT CHARGES
The UK Government requires VAT to be paid upfront for any parcels up to the value of £135. If you are required to prepay VAT, applicable charges will be added to your order at checkout. Orders with a value above £135 will still be liable for VAT and may be liable for additional customs charges (duties) after the parcel has been shipped. If you decide not to pay import VAT or duties and choose to reject the parcel, you will not be refunded for your order.
Please ensure that the postal address provided at checkout is your correct. It is your responsibility to provide the correct delivery address for their order. If the wrong delivery address is provided, Sundae Muse will not refund your order or offer a replacement.
